Teetering

Our next door neighbors are moving and they gave us this teeter totter, that they could not take with them. It is always sad to see a good neighbor move. The house is in escrow and we hear two police officers are moving in, so that is a score for us.

Swimming with Grandma & John

Shake, Rattle & Roll

Well we survived the Earthquake (heheheheheheh) ! Unlike what the media likes to portray the whole of California did not shake off into the ocean. We were driving in the car and I thought Emma was kicking my seat. Michael got several hours of overtime, most elevators shut-off during an earthquake, for safety reasons, and have to be reset by hand. Hopefully, John's daughter and her family are not scared away ( they are driving cross-country to move here to SCV.).

I'm Three and I Ski

Emma Jean got up on the training ski !!!! It is shaped like an upside down U, and it is the first step in skiing for small kids. Michael got in the water to help hold her steady until she got up. And after a few tries she was skiing away.
